As the pressures of corporate life began affecting her health, sleep, and overall well-being, she started exploring yoga as a way to cope. What began as a simple attempt to manage stress soon became a profound journey of healing and self-discovery.

Experiencing its benefits firsthand inspired Archana to make one of the boldest decisions of her life: leaving behind a successful corporate career to pursue a deeper purpose, helping others create healthier, happier, and more meaningful lives.

In 2017, Archana founded Ojas Yoga & Wellness with a simple yet powerful vision: to make yoga accessible to everyBODY, regardless of age, fitness level, background, or experience.

Today, Ojas Yoga & Wellness offers yoga classes, yoga therapy, meditation, breathwork, sound healing, prenatal yoga, children's yoga, wellness workshops, corporate wellness programs, retreats, and professional training courses.
