District Team Learning Seminar 2025–26 Marks a Milestone in Leadership Development and Engagement

Temburni (Solapur), Maharashtra – May 2025: The District Team Learning Seminar 2025–26, hosted by the Rotaract Club of Tembhurni, was successfully conducted under the visionary leadership of District Rotaract Representative Elect (DRRE) Ar. Ketaki Sanjay Kulkarni. This significant event served as a cornerstone for skill-building, strategic planning, and leadership empowerment for the incoming district team.

In alignment with the mission set forth by District Governor Rtn. Sudhir Lature for the Rotary Year, the seminar introduced Breakout Sessions and a comprehensive Learning Handbook to deliver an engaging, structured, and impactful experience for all participants. DG Rtn. Sudhir Lature emphasised the importance of time commitment from each district officer, stating: "As leaders, we must make time for such opportunities. The additional benefits we gain from participating are precisely what prepare us for stronger service and greater impact."
