Their support helped her gain access to quality schooling and later embark on an engineering career that would redefine her life.

Her academic aspirations grew stronger after marriage, thanks to the unwavering encouragement of her husband and two daughters. Motivated by their belief in her potential, Dr Qureshi completed her M.Tech and went on to earn her PhD. Further reflecting her passion for continuous learning, she also completed an M.A. in Rural Development, strengthening her understanding of community upliftment and social transformation. Her story is not just about academic milestones—it is a celebration of empowerment, family strength, and the resolve to rise beyond societal barriers.

An Assistant Professor in the Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering at Rajiv Gandhi College of Engineering Research & Technology, she brings both depth and innovation to her academic role. She has authored four books, more than 30 research papers and holds four patents, showcasing her commitment to research and knowledge creation.

She is a parenting coach, career counsellor, graphology practitioner, and meditation facilitator—roles that enable her to guide individuals in holistic personal and professional growth. As an international trainer and motivational speaker, she has delivered over 400 sessions across various countries, engaging audiences with her powerful insights and dynamic communication.

Her written work has appeared in globally circulated newspapers, and her contributions to UNICEF documentary films highlight her dedication to social advancement. Whether on stage, in print, or in classrooms, Dr Qureshi’s ability to inspire and transform is unmistakable.

Dr Qureshi’s influence extends far beyond the academic sphere. She serves as the Brand Ambassador of Princess Menstrual Cup, South Africa, and Global Brand Ambassador of AWTE, Nigeria—positions that reflect her commitment to gender health and women’s empowerment. She is also the National Anchor for the Preethvi Abhyuday Educators Association in India, Advisor and Project Leader at Elegant Empire Education in Malaysia, and a Core Team Member of Edvishan, Noida.
