Poonamm is an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, trained at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition (IIN), USA. Her foundation blends modern nutrition, ancient Indian health science, and emotional awareness.


Her training and studies include:

• Diploma in Health & Integrative Lifestyle from KKSU University

• Mentorship under wellness expert Luke Coutinho

• Ayurveda Anatomy studies at Kerala Ayurveda Academy (2025)

• 9-week wellness immersion at THAC, Mumbai

• Inner Engineering certification from the Isha Foundation


Before entering the wellness space, she completed her Master’s in Economics and Bachelor’s in Economics with Psychology, which shaped her ability to connect logic, behaviour, and emotional balance — a rare triad in health coaching.
